Horizon Real Estate je agencija za nekretnine iz Podgorice. Bavimo se prodajom i izdavanjem stanova, kuća, placeva i poslovnih prostora u Podgorici i na primorju. Posao ne završava potpisom kod notara: cilj nam je da nas klijent preporuči i da nam se vrati.
The agency is run by Marko Ražnatović. He personally reviews every inquiry and assigns it to the agent who knows that property and that neighborhood best. No call center: you call and get an answer from someone who knows what they are talking about.
How we work
First conversation
We get to know the property and you: what you are selling or renting out, what you are looking for, your budget and what matters to you.
Photos and floor plan
We photograph every property and create an interactive floor plan, where clicking a room opens its photos.
Listing on the website and map
The listing with all its details goes on the website and the listings map. The map shows only an approximate location; we keep the exact address private.
Viewings
We handle viewings, answer questions and pass on offers, so both sides know where they stand.
To the notary and beyond
We help with documents and contracts and go to the notary with you. The goal is for you to come back to us the next time you buy, sell or rent.
